- All Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. For Rentals at other times please contact us.
- For online bookings please note that the names and addresses of the family must match that on the booking. Keys may not be given out or the tenancy may be terminated in the event of the tenants not matching the names of the family who have made the booking. If you are in doubt please contact the office.
- There is a set charge for services, including electricity, heating, water and refuse collection.
- There is a security deposit against damages charged on each rental, this deposit is paid back to you if there is no damage This refund will be made the week after the tenancy has finished.
- If you pay by credit card the security deposit is paid back to your credit card.
- When making a booking a non refundable booking deposit will be taken, the amount will be advised to you at time of booking.
- Duvets, Linens, Towels and tea towels are supplied. Beach towels are NOT supplied.
- The balance of the payment due must be paid six weeks before your arrival date or immediately if the booking is made within six weeks of your arrival date. This payment is non refundable.
- Properties may not be occupied until after 4pm on day of arrival.
- Properties must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure.
- The Property, equipment, and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
- If there are difficulties please report them to the supervisor or to the office as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to rectify them.
