At the time a tenant makes a booking we take a booking deposit of €200 euro per week.
Their full balance, including utilities charge and security deposit against damages, are due six weeks prior to arrival date.
The tenants security deposit is returned 2 to 3 days after departure.
In the case of a cancellation the booking deposit is refundable. On cancellation of a fully paid booking, within six weeks prior to arrival,
we will refund the security deposit and utilities charge to the tenant. The rental fee is only refundable if we re-let the property for the cancelled dates.
With regards the current pandemic situation, if there is a government mandated restriction on travel which prohibits the tenant from availing of the booking
we offer a refund of their fees, less a 2% processing fee.
